Privacy Policy
trackfitment.org is a free reference site. It has no user accounts and collects as little as a working website can.
What we collect
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our infrastructure records standard request logs (IP address, requested page, browser user-agent, timestamp) used for security, abuse prevention, and operations. Logs rotate on a standard schedule.
Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics, a measurement service provided by Google LLC, to understand aggregate site usage. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to distinguish visits; the site's configuration disables Google Signals and advertising personalization, and the operator does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws. No advertising network, tracking pixel, session-recording tool, or chat widget is loaded on any page. If your browser sends an opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control), nothing more is collected than described here, and no personalization results either way.
Outbound click logs. When you click a link to a seller's site, we record that click — the destination, the time, the page you clicked from, your IP address, and the source your visit originally arrived from — to measure which sellers receive traffic from this reference. We may publish or share these counts in aggregate; we never publish or sell your IP address.
Seller access requests. If you submit the List Your Prices form, we store what you enter (company, website, contact name, email, message) and your IP address, solely to review and respond to your request. We do not add you to any marketing list.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal data. We do not run ads. We do not use third-party marketing or remarketing tools. There are no accounts, so there are no passwords or profiles to protect or lose.
Requests
To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion (for example, a seller access request you submitted), use the contact on the About the data page. We respond promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
